Construction supervision and quality management support the relationship between the agreed documentation and site work. Inspection, review and reporting arrangements are defined by the appointment and the applicable project requirements.
Contract administration, cost management and procurement services address the commercial and administrative side of delivery. These services help coordinate packages, document decisions and review alternatives alongside the technical team.
