A comprehensive upgrade brief

AL AMAR was requested to provide consultancy services for the redesign of the masterplan, landscape and swimming pool. Design development includes the main reception building, administration, retail and food-and-beverage outlets.

Guest experience and operations

The published accommodation programme includes 100 suites and 160 guest rooms. Staff accommodation, façades and a kids’ club are included in the design-development scope, alongside a new back-of-house design.
