Project enquiries include the contact and project details you choose to share and any optional brief. Career applications include your chosen role, contact details, CV, and any introduction or portfolio link. Please do not include identity documents, financial details or other sensitive personal information.
How information is used
Project information is used to review and respond to your enquiry. Application information is used to assess your suitability for the selected role and contact you about recruitment. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing. Applications are not assessed by an automated AI hiring system.
Confidentiality & delivery
Submissions are stored in a server-side Neon database. Uploaded briefs and CVs are stored in private Vercel Blob storage, not published on the website. Resend delivers enquiry details and attachments to info@al-amar.com, and applications to hr@al-amar.com. Reply-to uses the email you provide. The practice and these service providers process the information needed to provide these services.
Security & website analytics
We validate submissions and record a hashed source identifier to limit abuse. No public submission directory or public file-download endpoint is provided. Website analytics may be enabled on the deployed site. We do not sell application or enquiry information.
Your rights & contact
For access, correction, removal or questions about submitted information, contact info@al-amar.com for project enquiries or hr@al-amar.com for applications, quoting your reference if available. Information is retained for the relevant enquiry or recruitment process and applicable record-keeping obligations; contact the practice to request deletion.
