A courtyard open to the sea

The V-shaped building encloses an open courtyard, with the swimming pool in the foreground and the sea beyond. The published concept connects room views, shared spaces and the beach as parts of one guest experience.

Architecture meets landscape

The beach is conceived as a visual and functional extension of the courtyard. Landscape design supports this progression, allowing sporting and recreational activities to continue towards the water.

Project facts are reproduced from the practice’s published portfolio. Unstated clients, dates and completion status are omitted. Areas are shown only where published; imagery does not establish that AL AMAR acted as the building contractor.

Design perspective / Beyond the brief

Coastal hospitality

An experience of place.

Hospitality begins with a feeling. Our perspective connects the character of a setting with the comfort of every guest.

  1. Identity

An architectural language rooted in the landscape and local character.

  2. Experience

A coherent journey from first arrival to the most private retreat.

  3. Operation

Guest spaces and behind-the-scenes systems brought into a shared plan.

Independent thinking. Integrated expertise.
