Chef Qoutyba Fakih is
Al-Amar's latest addition
to its culinary arts team. He has been awarded
a Bronze medal for the “Horeca Hospitality Salon Culinaire” in 2002 and has worked in diverse locations both in Lebanon, Qatar and the UAE. Qoutyba’s creative genius is inherent in his artistic and innovative preparation of French, Italian and Middle Eastern cakes and pastries. |
