With a built up area of approximately 15,000 sqft, our state-of-the-art kitchen has been fashioned to comply with the requirements of the HACCP hygiene and safety legislation. The kitchen provides a linear workflow in a uniform direction, from raw materials to finished products, eliminating possibilities of cross contamination.
 
This newly equipped kitchen for a stand-alone fine-dining brand name has been designed using the best equipment and technology in line with HACCP international standards classifying it as one of the first of its kind in the country.
